Tred Avon Players present

"The Big Bang"

Sunday, August 21, 4pm – 6pm

Talbot County Historical Society

Tred Avon Players present "The Big Bang" by Feurer and Graham.
 Directed by Tim Weigand.
Open thru August 28 at the Talbot County Historical Society. Performances continue August 21, 26-28, Fridays and Saturdays 8pm-10pm and Sundays at 4pm.
Two wanna-be producers preview their new musical (a history of the world, no less!) for theatrical backers in a posh Park Avenue apartment. You'll roll with laughter as they sing and dance their way from the Garden of Eden to the present, portraying Adam and Eve, Caesar and Cleopatra, Attila the Hun, Christopher Columbus and hundreds of others, trashing the apartment for costumes and props as they go. A smash of a tiny musical!

An intelligent and unnerving Gothic thriller!

"Ravenscroft"

Through August 21

Church Hill, Maryland

By Don Nigro and directed by Earl Lewin.
Don Nigro’s psychological drama is an intelligent and unnerving Gothic thriller — a dark comedy that is both funny and frightening.
One snowy night, Inspector Ruffing is called to a remote house to investigate Patrick Roarke’s headlong plunge down the main staircase. He becomes involved in the lives of five alluring and dangerous women.
There are ghosts on the staircase, skeletons in the closet and more than the inspector bargained for. You won’t guess the ending, just uncover the truth,or something even stranger.
